3d ultrasound question

I am getting a 3d ultrasound on monday and was wondering if the images are less clear if i was a little overweight before pregnancy.. i have a baby bump for sure but i am wondering if the images will not be as good if i have a little more fat than an average pregnant woman.. does anyone have the answer to this or experience ?

I was fat with my second lol. 3D/4D came out beautiful. The girl never had a problem finding/seeing my daughter. Even got a pic of her flipping us off after o poked her to get her to move lmao

It really depends as the ideal time is between 26-32 are you looking to obtain keepsakes like DVD etc?? If so that might be difficult due to limited space but the picture quality should be fine. Hope that helps :)

Sorry I don't have an answer to that but I got a 3d ultrasound at 34 weeks (im 41 now) and it was really nice. I honestly don't think it matters how much skin there is. The machine is made to look past skin so it should be fine! The ultrasound tech will position you in a way where you can see baby more. Hope you enjoy your 3d ultrasound!
