Thanks everyone. I woke up feeling fine this morning so I'm not going to continue to worry.
It doesn't matter if the baby is small at this moment, what matter is that she go get herself check out ,the first thing a doctor or a midwife is going to tell her is go to the ER to make sure everything is alright. I'm a RN and I myself would tell her go make sure everything is alright.
That's because your baby is probably smaller than a peanut at this point.
I wouldn't worry to much I'm the most biggest cluts ever I didn't know I was pregnant till about 8/9weeks
Yeahhh a bit dramatic. I fell off a trampoline at 7 weeks, I'm a gymnastics instructor and had plenty of bumps and falls. Then fell at 36 weeks, my dog dragged me and all. My baby was fine. 4 weeks is REALLY early. It's like a peanut in a balloon as thick as a water bed. If that makes sense.
Agree with geekmom1213 lol being a little dramatic ladies. Any way God bless hope all is well .. I wouldn't be that worried unless u bleed.

I fell off a horse pretty early in pregnancy and I was fine.
Ladies... I think just about everyone ought to take a deep breath here and think for a second. Okay. Three things to consider. One - At four weeks an ultrasound shows absolutely nothing anyway, taking a look will tell even the most experienced doc exactly zero about what's going on in there. Two - At four weeks there's barely anything there at all, your body has barely begun to notice a hormonal difference, and a simple slip and fall cannot cause an otherwise competent cervix to dilate and miscarry at such an early stage. And three - sorry to be blunt, but if for some reason (any reason at all) you were in fact to begin to miscarry at four weeks, there is absolutely nothing that an ER doctor is going to be able to do to change it. If you were to start bleeding the only thing they will be able to do is to tell you to rest and relax and see what happens. They can't fix it, they can't prevent it.
In short, save yourself the time and the hassle of going in. Save the staff in the ER the precious time they need to spend with patients experiencing emergencies. Put your feet up, take some Tylenol for the soreness, use an ice pack to keep the swelling down. Call your OB in the morning but they'll tell you the same thing. Falling down on your side can't hurt that poppyseed embryo. It can't.
I say go to the emergency room! Just to be sure because I do know the 1st trimester is the most important part of the baby's growth. Your ob will probably tell you to go into the emergency room anyway.
Because of the amount of amniotuc fluid your baby is pretty well cushioned. If there's no bleeding or pain your baby should be fine, I would still double check with a doctor but don't get too stressed/concerned people sound very alarming in your post and you don't want to start freaking out because that's not good for you or your baby.
I fell out of a tow truck and broke my ankle when I was 6 weeks pregnant, the emergency room will do an ultrasound if you are worried!
just to make you feel better, my friend fell on her belly at 30+ weeks and baby was perfectly fine.
Nooooooo don't call your ob..go to the EMERGENCY HOSPITAL...that's the first thing they going to say.
Being that early on yes. If you can't get ahold of your OB soon then go to the ER an just get checked and make sure babies okay and stuff even if no cramping or bleeding. I'd want to double check just incase if I fell
