40 weeks exactly

So I been having mentrual cramps every once in a while since yesterday.. Is this the start of labor ? They haven't increased and I'm bearly 1cm dilated..

Thats how mine feel. Like period cramps...they are really intense cramps tho and they are about 10 minutes apart. But when I start moving around they come less often.

That's how my contractions felt. Like really bad period cramps. Time then if they get like 5-10 mins apart go to hospital.
