Everyone Assumes a C section... but it really depends on you and the babies. My step brothers step mum had twins via IVF but has a C section one twin (Bella) was smaller than the other (Daisy) and was in ICU for a while but she is alright now. But I think there was complications that lead to a Csection...

I had a friend who delivered the first twin naturally, then the 2nd twin stretched out (I guess he liked the extra room) and his back was against the birth canal so they delivered the 2nd one by c.
My cousin gave birth to twins naturally and at 39 weeks she didn't even go early. Some drs say they want to do a csection but I think it's bc they don't usually see twins so they dont know what to do. The right thing to do in that situation is for the OB to refer the patient to a dr who is comfortable with twin deliveries bc it's what's safest for the patient.
thanks ladies. everyone assumes a c section.
Ya thereare many woman who deliver twins!!!! :)
i would imagine it would be a natural birth unless there is something wrong, or if babies are breech
My cousin gave birth to twins naturally 4weeks ago at 37 weeks.
There are many women who give birth to their twins naturally. A lot of times a twin pregnancy will go into labor earlier than a singelton. As long as there are no other risk factors it should be possible to go for a vaginal birth with twins.
