40+1 cramping up! possible contractions? i don't know..

I'm experiencing cramps that are honestly really freaking painful every few minutes..lasting about minute. But this is where i'm confused. It's only in the upper crotch area of my left leg. Baby is moving around during and i  really haven't focused on if my belly tightens during..it's with almost every step i'm taking i'm getting cramped up and/or when i just stand still...i don't know if these could be really weird contractions or if my leg is just planning on falling off soon. Anyone got any advice or know what's going on? I can't find anything online about this type of cramping. :/

I've been drinking water all day. But i just got out of the shower though and it kind of disappeared. Like..sometimes there's a tingle like it wants to cramp up, but doesn't fully go through with it. Haha. But Thank you for actually replying to my post! Not many people do and it makes me feel like a loser. Lol

Im not sure then mine was in both but it felt like a menstrual cramp x 10000 lol. Maybe call the L&D and just talk to them they will probably tell you to drink water, take a warm shower and try bendryl or tylenol pm just to help you sleep thats what they tell me everytime I call it's really annoying but the water really helps.

When I had my daughter this is how I had contractions they were in my legs but now they are saying they have to be in the back to be called a contraction but sounds to me like that might be what you are experiencing!
