Like glittergirl said, enjoy it! Im 36 weeks and so uncomfortable. My little guys butt sticks out so far and his feet are in my ribs constantly. Its hard to sleep, i wake up constantly to switch sides because it gets sore to lay on one side for too long. Heartburn gets worse as the baby gets bigger, i threw up for the first time my whole pregnancy the other day because my heartburn was so bad! I could go on and on.... Lol so just enjoy the fact you aren't feeling much right now :)

Just enjoy not feeling pregnant because soon enough you will get real tired of feeling pregnant, whether you gain much weight or not, you have a little baby that is growing and you will feel very heavy. And don't worry about sleeping on your stomach, your little one is safe in a little water bubble. As long as its comfortable for you.

No you shouldn't be worried at all!!! Count your lucky ducks because I had morning sickness all the way from 6-18 weeks!!! I was miserable...your in your second trimester so your symptoms usually go away by now...you and.your bub are perfectly fine :)
