really scared
Im 28 weeks pregnant and I haven't felt my baby move since this morning :'( I don't know what to do
Just like with anybody your baby may change her sleeping schedule
She's moved a little bit I'm still kinda scared

my mid wife just told me if you dont feel the baby to drink something really cold lay on ur back nd push around on your tummy if you dont get any movement for 2 hours after go to the emergency....
Sometimes it could be that you're dehydrated. Drink a few glasses of water! That should help also.
Eat something sweet
I always see the mommies tell others with this concern to drink something cold & sweet then lay on your left side.
