4d ultrasound question

I have a 4d ultrasound appt. Friday I was wondering if they do 4d trans vaginal or on your stomach. I'm almost 14 weeks

Im 15 weeks tomorrow ill b 16 .. its best to be 20 plus weeks only reason y i got mine today n will get it later on is cus my bestie wrks for heavnly 3d 4d ultrasound n she gave me a freebie on the 4d we were super curious to c lol

When I called to make an appointment they told me that it's best to be 20 weeks. Well I am having mine Saturday and I'll be 21 weeks :)

I called and they said at 13 weeks they can determin gender.. but I'm almost 14

I had one at 13 weeks to determine gender and it was correct :)
