They say you can keep the same amount of excersize as you had before your pregnancy but nothing more. If you're used to bending and working all the time then it shouldn't have any effect on your pregnancy - unless you are high risk or something.
Your fine. Light cramping is perfectly fine at the beginning. It's just everything stretching. As long as you don't bleed. N nose bleeds. I'm 11w2d n I just started getting nose bleeds now. So that's normal aswell
