The WONDERFUL Third Trimester

I have a few questions about the Wonderful third trimester....
Is having morning (all day) sickness normal to have AGIAN? Starting earlier this week certin foods (of course ones I crave) make me neauseaus to where I actually throw up... Its aggervating....

Also has anyone had their 28 week labs and had low redblood cell numbers hemoglobin and hemocrat numbers? I called my doctor and they told me the leveles and the standard range and said that I am mildly anemic but thats common at this stage in pregnancy and didnt perscribe me anything.. Does that sound right? I trust my doctor but it seems a little strange..

Finally I swear when I sit a certin way for a peroid of time the back of my left leg gets this weird cold feeling. Only every once in a while. Could this be baby pinching a nerve?

Btw I am 29 weeks pregnant today!!!

Yes, many women have typical 1st trimester symptoms come back in the 3rd trimester! Or it could be that you're coming down with something.

As for a tingly, cold sensation like your bottom is falling asleep or numb - totally normal as well. My hands and feet always fall asleep more when pregnant than any other time because blood flow is mostly being directed to major organs and to your baby (so your poor appendages get a little neglected!).

To combat anemia eat iron-rich foods (dark, leafy greens and beans for example).

the morning sickness can come and go at any period for pregnant women, your hormones are constantly changing. As for midly anemic, this is a very common thing as they said. Baby is now taking what it needs from you no matter if your body needs it more than them or not. You can take an iron pill if you feel more comfortable. it wont hurt anything to do so. they may be thinking that you will rise back to normal but if they dont recheck and keep an eye on it, it oculd get worse. I am pretty anemic myself and it can really drag u down. Yup thats baby pushing on your blood vessels and nerves as for the cold. congrats on ur 3rd trimester!! im 33w4d btw

The nausea is normal your getting bigger so is your baby. Take the same measures you did at the begining to help with it. ( crackers, ginger snaps etc.) And the baby could be sitting on a nerve but next time you go to the doctor make sure you mention it to him. Just in case. As far as the anemia goes if they didnt persrcibe you something make sure with them if its ok if you start taking an iron supplement along with your prenatals. And you can also help it by eating iron enriched foods such as beans, lentils, things like that. But im sure the supplement should be fine for you to take. Congrats!

I was anemic at the end of most of my pregnancies...had to be put on iron with all but the last.  The last one I wasn't put on iron and had major blood loss about 8 hours after delivery. Don't know if that was related or not.

I've found that in the 3rd trimester I wasn't so much nauseaus as I just lost my appetite and interest in a lot of foods.

As for the cold feeling...it's probably from baby putting pressure on the nerves when you sit that way.  I would get all kinds of numb spots depending on how I sat.
