5 weeks 4 days

and that's according to my last period which was feb 28th.. I came to the ER this morning to get checked and just had a vaginal ultra sound they saw a sac and yolk sac.. But no heart beat... Should I be worried?!! Or is it to early to catch...

Heartbeats are usually detected around 6-8 weeks.  Your baby is right on track!   Congrats! !
