5 weeks and worried...

i am 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant and today i got really bad cramps in my lower abdominal they stayed for about 5 -10 minutes does this mean i will have a miscarriage.i am so worried i dont want to lose this baby every ache or pain i get i think something bad is happening.also can they see id=f i am having a miscarriage on an ultrasound this early?

i cramp occ but i thinks its like growing pains, nothing i cant ever handle

Cramps are a normal pregnancy symptom. They shouldn't ever be painful but they CAN be intense and uncomfortable.
