Is it okay
Its in the 70s today for the first time this year and I was wondering if it's okay to sit out in my front yard and relax for awhile. I'm 38 weeks not sure if that would make a difference or not.
The second half of my pregnancy, I was in 110 degree heat. Everyday! South Texas weather is crazy weather. My daughter was born July 5th, and it was 114 degrees. You're okay!
As long as you don't over heat yourself and stay hydrated. It's in the 90's most days here in Florida and I tan in my back yard.
