Hi just wondering if anyone has experienced really bad constipation during pregnancy and does anyone no anyways to help as the pharmacy won't give me medication because it's so early in my pregnancy thanks x

On my 1st trimester i had the same problem. Drink plenty of water and eat lots of fiber or else u can try prune juice.it really worked for me instead of taking any medications.
