Just found out I'm pregnant. What do I do next xx

I should say the big booking in appointment is normally done at about eight weeks so get your midwife referral soon so they can call to arrange xx

Congratulations, like the advice above, make sure you include folic acid. but to add as you are in the uk you can phone your doctors and pick up a midwife referral form. They tend to then see you for what is called a booking in appointment where they will do some blood tests and organise your first scan for about twelve weeks, and give you lots of leaflets and your maternity notes - very inportant to keep safe and take to every appoinment - good luck and wishing you a happy pregnancy x

Make an appt with your gp to see the midwife. If you aren't already then start taking some pre-natal vitamins. Drink plenty of water or fruitjuice. You may want to keep it quiet in work for a while but depending on the type of job you do you might want to inform your boss or HR so that a pregnancy risk assessment can be carried out to ensure you and baby are not put at risk at work.

Well , you should find a obgyn that yu like an make an appointment . then tell family an bf if haven't yet. Congrats !! I'm five weeks as well. Just found out yesterday.
