Im 5 weeks and 1 day and I've been having cramps that come and go sometimes it even feels like im my period i wanted to no if thats normal..? Help!

And when I say bleeding I mean really bleeding. spotting is normal also.
Yes cramping in early pregnancy is completely normal. If it gets bad or you start bleeding then go to the doctor.
