What was your diet?I don't believe I eat like a cow, or binge eat, my boyfriend eats way more than me, lol but I eat 3 times a day, regular sized portions. If I get hungry between meals I might eat a sandwich, I do eat a snack after almost every meal, like a cookie or two(: or a lil debbie snack. Im 30w+6d, I walk school campus weekdays nd try to walk my block every afternoon, I'm so scared of after baby weight! I was 160 before now I'm 183 :( , wats the best way to keep that extra fat from staying behind?
