At 5wks 6 days they did mine vaginally.. the heartbeat was 112 and beating like crazy.  She looked like a little shrimp with a huge food sac.  Amazing though.

Thanks ladies! I went in at 4 weeks 4 days they did and ultrasound and didnt see anything at all he said I was either too early or it was an early miscarriage or tubal but I had blood work done and it ruled out miscarraige and tubal so im hoping to see something this time for relief of how bad the first appointment went

I went in at 6w+2. Heard and saw the heartbeat loud and clear through transvaginal ultrasound. What you "see" is the sac which looks like a dark circle, then a white little shadow attached to it (baby). Don't stress if you can't hear a heart beat, it's still early and extremely tiny. Try again in a week if you can. Good luck!!
