Zofran. Best thing ever made. I was exactly like you with both of my pregnancies, so hungry buy i threw literally everything up all day everyday. I was against taking medicine at first but i tried everything from small meals to crackers, everything and nothing worked. As soon as i started the zofran i felt so much better and i could actually eat. I had to tell my doc that's what i wanted though so be sure to mention it to him/her. Good luck!
Eating small frequent meals trying crackers.. drinking ginger this and that... dont help when u cant keep anything down. I had hyperemesis until 13 weeks and threw up even tiny sips of water. Try watermelon it goes down and comes up easily lol plus its very good for getting fluids in you. I also ate a lot of pedialyte popsicles but ask your doctor for nausea pills. Zofran or reglan.. even vitamin b. Just do your best to ride it out.. sorry youre sick mama.. i feel your pain.. itll go away soon i promise!
I think 80% of woman go through that. I couldn't eat or drink anything either and lost 15 pounds. What worked for me was eating a piece of a corn muffin when I woke up or during the day.. it helped ALOT it was the only thing I could keep down. Also apples you can ask you're doctor for odt zofran.. its for nausea its a tab that dissolves in you're mouth and they have all diff flavors. That helped me a bit.. but it didn't get rid of the problem completely. Also no sodas or juice.. I started trying plain seltzer with a bit of lemon and it also helped.. you have to find what works for you.. everyone is different.. but maybe give some of those things a try..
Found this for you hun hope it helps...
Most women start to feel better when they are about 14 weeks pregnant, though nausea can last longer. In the meantime, these tips may help:
Keep some plain biscuits by your bed to nibble before you get up.
Eat small, frequent meals. An empty stomach can increase nausea.
Try some foods rich in vitamin B6 such as bananas, avocados or lean meat (if you can face them).
Try not to eat rich, spicy, acidic or fried foods.
Drink plenty of fluids, especially between meals.
Sniff freshly cut lemons or add slices to iced tea or sparkling water.
Try taking ginger capsules.
Get plenty of rest.
Maybe try small portions at regular intervals, and things that are plain tasting like crackers with a bit of butter. I always felt sick but managed to keep food down though. Ginger cake or ginger tea might help with your sickness if you can keep it down. And drink water. Unfortunately you have to just put up with it until it passes, an unfortunate pregnancy symptom.
