I am 3 weeks pregnant after my miscarriage 3 weeks ago!

I took a home pregancy test this morning and it came out posivite! I am around 3 weeks! I emailed my doctor and she told me that it's very possible since you are more fertile after a m/c. My question is... Has anyone had a positive pregnacy test at only 3 or less weeks? I am worried because I heard that there is a possible chance that I may be pregnant with more and one! Regardless, I am so very happy with whatever God gives us! I am also worried because I don't want to miscarried ever EVER!

i had a miscarriage on oct. 2.  i got a positive pregnancy test on oct. 25.  called my doctor and they had me come in the next day for a blood test to see if it was left over from my miscarriage or possibly a new pregnancy.  my levels that day were 65 and then went in today for more blood work and they called to say my levels have doubled and its a new pregnancy.  soo yes.... definately possible.  hope all goes well for you!

Wow.. The same week..Congrats...and best of luck too you ...And I'm not sure if my HCG levels were back at 0...After my dr diagnosed my m/c I bled for a week and 2 days after I took a HpT and it was negative... So I assumed I was back to normal.... I had at least 3 negative test prior to now having a positive one ... So I'm bot 100% sure... Thanks 4 the response ...

I got pregnant the SAME WEEK as my miscarriage, I will be 7 months on Saturday. It might be a new pregnancy, did your HCG levels go down to 5 or below after your MC?? Because thats the only way this would be a new pregnancy because you dont ovulate unless your HCG is basically 0...

Any updates on you guys that may have gotten pregnant right after the miscarriage...I called my dr... And he wants me to wait to come in...I an barely eat anything without my stomach turning .... I think I may need a new Dr...cause I don't know if I can wait any longer ...I went to the dollar store and bought one of tue cheapest off brand test I could find ...and I got a positive result immediately...I'm really starting to think this may be a new pregnancy...but worried it's so soon after the m/c

I also became pregnant immediately after my last miscarriage and I'm due Dec 5th.  I didn't think I would ovulate at all that week but apparently I did.  I also got a positive on an EPT at 3-4 weeks.  I hope it all goes well for you both!

Congrats and I wish all of u the best of luck  ! I still haven't made it to the Dr. Yet... But every day -riding in cars make me nauseated, and I find myself needing lots of naps throughout the day...it's been about 5-6 weeks since my m/c..and I keep thinking it's a possibility that I got a positive hpt & have symptoms b/c of leftover hormones ...but early Sep... I got a negative test... A part of me doesn't want to go to te dr...cause ill be more worried.,.I'd rather wait ...cause if I am I hope to go..and see a heartbeat...wishful thinking ...but that's where my head and heart is at the

I did go back 2 days after my m/c and it had dropped completely. I have my appointment next Wednesday. Thank you! Wish me luck! Congradulations! I hope everything goes well with you and your baby! ;)

Yes, I felt like I conceived a week right after my m/c because I felt morning sickness theat week. Thank you, I am crossing my fingers! ;)

I wouldn't get too worked up until you confirm through multiple blood tests and/or a sonogram. I tested positive on HPT's for about a month after I miscarried because of the leftover HCG hormones in my system. BUT I did conceive immediately after they dropped completely and I'm now due to have my son any day now!

Yeah, it is very possible, a lady here in this forum, got pregnant the week of her m/c, and she's well into her 2nd trimester. It differs from women to women, congratulations!!
