7 days to go!
I only have 7 days until I reach my EDD, I went to the emergency room Saturday night with contractions 5 minutes apart, they pumped me full of fluids and stopped my contractions all bc I was only 2 cm dilated. I need some ideas on helping me dilate, this is my second pregnancy but it was not the same at all, I had a different doctor and all and he just decided to induce me at 39 week's. Any advice will help on dilating a lil more.
Oh and I went from 1cm to 5cm by bouncing on a yoga ball, it also made my waters break so definitely worth a try
