It'll become more real and more exciting the further along you get. It still sometimes shocks me that I'm having a baby and I'm already in my third trimester! As for the paranoia, I'll admit, I've been having a lot of discharge lately and I find myself checking just to make sure there's no red or pink. Pregnancy is awful and scary and beautiful. Good luck. :)

Honestly pregnancy isn't fun at all it's mostly tiresome and painful the only joy is knowing your creating a beautiful litter person a creation of yourself and your partner :) during the first 2 trimesters I honestly didn't think I would last I thought I would miscarry or something would be wrong with my princess, I'm learning that my pregnancy has gone better than most and that's including my soar muscles my tired hips my increased body weight and my newly acquired hemorroids lol despite all of this I am do exited to have my little princess. As time passes and you have some really great pregnancy days and pass a few milestones you'll feel better and more confident about your pregnancy :)
