7 weeks pregnant

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and had an ultrasound done today.  They said that there was a fetal heartreat and saw a yolk sac.  Shouldn't they see more than that?  This is my third pregancy and I have 1 child.   In Dec I had a missed abortion.  I'm really concerned that it has happened again.  I've waited 3 weeks for this ultrasound and don't go to the doctor's for another week and half.  Should I be concerned?

Congrats on your pregnancy. Joy is right a heartbeat is a great thing! My 8 week us was a blob and a heartbeat so that sounds on track.

Sounds perfectly normal. They saw a heartbeat, that's a good thing. And no, they usually won't see more than this at 7 weeks along! Try not to worry- so hard not to do. I've been pregnant after miscarriages and had my daughter full term. Had another miscarriage recently and am pregnant again after that miscarriage (I'm a little over 9 weeks now).

Take it easy!
