Make sure u are hydrated with WATER, dont make the mistake of hinking juices and sodas can hydrate u love. Drink water, and also nourish your body with proteins for energy. Peanutbutter or beans or chicken. As well as fruits and veggies to keep urself from feeling faint. Im also 7 weeks and havent been feeling well and havent had much of an appetite
I feel the same exact way. And I too am seven weeks. I just rest and take clming baths, and UAE heating pad for my stomach, and a cool wash cloth on my forhead and face.
Sounds like it could just be a viral infection. Try to stay hydrated and see if it's better. Pregnancy issues this early that would involve that is extremely rare, so it's doubtful it's more than a standard illness.
