At  7 weeks this time I was having sharp pains on the right side (corpus luteum cyst) and mild period like cramping.  Also had mild-moderate morning sickness.  But this is pregnancy #8 for (6th that's made out of the 1st trimester)

A lot of people come here because they can talk about their issues and the people her will listen and respond.  It's a comforting place when you do have a miscarriage.  Also, when you have lots of questions there are a lot of women here who may have experienced similar issues with their pregnancies.  Just because a lot of women here have bad experiences it does mean that you will.  Every pregnancy is different, just stay positive and try not to worry about the "bad" things that could happen.

I'm not quite 7 weeks and I barely have any pregnancy symptoms other than feeling tired and headaches every so often...I do feel a pulling feeling...I don't know what it's from and it doesn't hurt just everytime I move a certain way I feel like and then it goes away.

Oh ur so right haha and I am a hyperchondriac and have been forever lol I think I feel all kinds of things thAt is really just gas, indigestion or a **** haha I need to relax of course how easy is that when I have already been through OB in RN school, I know too much for my own good. That was a super long sentence. Anyways I'm looking forward to my next 33 weeks :) yayyy

I did much the same at the start of my pregnancy. My fiance banned me from the internet because all's I did was read horror stories. I had myself convinced that I had miscarried or had had a missed miscarriage for awhile. While first trimester miscarriages are indeed more common than many like to admit, it's unproductive to worry about them, because in almost every case they're unpreventable. Try not to worry about that and enjoy your pregnancy. :) If by some horrible twist of fate something does go wrong, at least you could look back with good memories, versus ones filled with fear and worry.

Thank u all for responding :) I really appreciate it I have only read bad things about pregnancies on here, scares me a lil I thought these blighted ovums and stuff was all very rare to happen. So this is my first rodeo and I'm a lil nervous. I prolly shouldn't read so much stuff scares me. I'm only 20 been married over a year to my wonderful husband and we are so blessed to be expecting. Please send good thoughts and prayers if ya could for us! :)

For me personally at 7 weeks I was really fatigued and nausated. That was also when I got my first ultrasound, and I got to see my little girl and her heartbeat. It was really cool. Good luck with your pregnancy!!! :) I hope it remains uneventful.
