I called the dr's office today to see if my lab results were in and they were...my progesterone level was 21...is that good or bad? The doctor wasn't there to tell me what to do...just looking for some insight...

Thanks for your post...the dr phoned earlier today and advised me that my numbers were great and that I had O'd...if I wasn't preggo then I should continue with the 100mg of clomid...AF is supposed to be due on the 11th, but I don't have any signs of it showing as I normally get cramps the week before...I have been experiencing heartburn which is not common for me...

In early pregnancy that is a good number.  Mine was 16 and 18 with my sons, I was put on progesterone supplements because they wanted it to be over 20.  At 10 weeks the placenta takes over.  Good luck to you.

it needs to be over 20 to show ovulation but needs to be over 35 for pregnancy to be healthy! I have low progesterone and believe me you need it if you are!!! I have mc, bleed throughout 4 pregnancies on bed rest meds and delivered early all 4 times. Each time earlier and the 4th was 23 weeks and she did not make it long. My 5th I was on meds befoer getting pregnant throught till 32 weeks and I went full term, no bleeding, no pre term labor, no bed rest nothing! My OB this last time said I was crazy that my contractions would stop when I took it and I went to a high risk dr as well and he said he was the crazy one. It worked and saved my baby!

Oh my results were 46 at 4 weeks and that is good! It goes up from there
