So im only 7weeks along...
Im so over not being able to eat complete meals without wanting to run for the toilet
Should i just be snacking throughout the day?
Im also so nervous about being newly pregnant, i wanna do everything right to keep me and my baby healthy :(

You should eat small snack sized meals like every 4 hrs or whenever you start to get that "I need to eat" feeling. I have trouble eating too but that works the best for me. Hope you get better#

Snacking all day helped me and eating fruit I felt so sick all the time I actually lost weight, dont let yourself get hungry and dont over eat also I eas taking b6 in the morning with my gummies prenatal then another vitamin b6 before bed hope you feel better soon
