8 Weeks Pregnant Hardly Any Symptoms

All of the pregnancy websites, books, etc say that it's common to be constipated your first trimester. Well... I've had the opposite. I have also had no morning sickness, I haven't thrown up but I've has upset stomach occationally. My first OB appointment is next Wednesday. I feel weird that I only have a few symptoms. Am I the only one?

I'm just glad I'm not weird or my baby is going to be unhealthy. I read that morning sickness means everything is going good inside so that scared me! Lol first Time mom obviously and I'm young. So everything makes me paranoid.

All i gotta say is you are lucky! Enjoy it! lol. I had a terrible first trimester, throwing up 3-4 times EVERY DAY, couldn't take a shower because I would almost faint every time so.I had to take baths, had the WORST headaches and nausea... now i just deal with pains, aches, heartburn, and everything else lol oh the joys of pregnancy :)) im 34+1

I had 0 symptoms in my 1st and 2nd trimester. Although 1 week out of the 1st trimester I had nausea but that was it, all of my symptoms came in the 3rd trimester. The heartburn, morning sickness, swelling, etc. It's normal, not everyone's pregnancy is the exact same, just as each time you get pregnant will not be the same as the last.
