I was in a strict diet and worked out very hard 6 days a week. I weighed 130 prepregnancy,and 188 post pregnancy. With hard work and dedication i got down to 125 in 4 months. It is possible. Im prgnant again and have gained 50 lbs already and very anxious to lose it again!
True true.. Its very sensitive topic... I miss being teen ager never cared i was so overly weight n my dh never said ny thing lol... As soon as i hit 21 i went crazy with all the weigh n stuff... In june 2012 my dh started thinking i have become bullimic lol... N my mum thought i m gna kill myself lol... Now when i c myself in mirror i just think wow i have to work hard lol...
Breastfeeding is of course the fastest way to lose weight. I do believe you have to eat 500+ calories though to keep up with what your baby takes from you but it seems to be the most productive way. :) Also, you lose an average on 10-12 lbs once your have the baby. If you aren't able to breastfeed, the next best thing, when your able to workout is to eat healthy, & excercise. :)
lol its okay. i know weight is always a sensitive subject. especially for women. i used to hit the gym religiously so i have a lot of muscle. when i'd tell people i weighed 145lbs they'd never believe me cuz i was real skinny. but muscle weighs more than fat.
i was on the birth control shot, depo, for my teenage years and i gained weight like crazy, like 30 pounds. so eventually i just stopped eating until i was like 115lbs at 5'5. lol. but now i'm "healthy" haha
I m going to do strict breast feeding as well.. But my body is really lazy in loodlsing weight..i was heavy weight from start like 85kg n i worked day n night to loose upto 62kg in two months n maintain it for 2yrs... I use to take only 1300 calories a day n workout for hours n hours... Lol... I know i know sounds harsh...
i'm 19 weeks tomorrow and still am down 6 pounds from my pre pregnancy weight, but i know its gonna hit me eventually lol
i plan on starting immediately. you know you burn 500 calories a day just from breast feeding? i plan on just eating the bare minimum to have enough milk for bubs and as soon as my va jay jay is healed up, i'm hitting the gym....hard lol
Not looking forward to it all.. I'm soo lazy. I'll probably just go on walks and try to watch what I eat but Ima junk food junkie lol
