Yeah i know what you mean. Im in the house all week. The weekend is the only time i get out.. maybe just force yourself to go on walks. It could help to get more energy. I know when i lay around all day im usually more exhausted then when i actually go out for the day..
I feel like I'm napping all the time. This kid needs to play, I'm always in the house
Get more sleep is really the only advice i have:/ try to go to bed an hour earlier?
