8 weeks pregnant with discharge

hi, im 8 weeks pregnant, had sex yesterday afternoon now today i have had whiteish stretchy discharge. i did have a miscarriage in june 2011 so i am just wondering if this is something to be concerned about or is this normal.

i checked my doc,then i got an ultra sound bt the baby didnt hav a heart beat.so i am really freakin out now bt the discharge hasn't stopped and the cramping is gettin worse.i hate thinkin bout losing my baby cuz then i jus cry,i cried all last nite.she said to watch the discharge and come back 2 see her.bt this no heartbeat is scaring me.hhhhhhhhhhheeeeeelllllllpppppppp.

I had dark brown discharge as well off and on. Just had my ultrasound 2 days ago and baby is healthy :) in my case doctor said it may be old blood from implantation. Also brown spotting can be cause by sex and as mentioned by an infection. Check wih your doctor, if anything they can take a peek inside to see what's going on..best of luck!

@krazi it be a bacteria infection which can have a brown discharge and sometimes cause discomfort to the tummy:( check with your ob they can be common during pregnancy ur gonna be fine gud luck

bt is dark brown discharge common during pregnancy i'm 6 weeks and i have nt had sex in a week bt i saw ths brown discharge and my belly hurts.am i gonna loose my baby?

Vaginal discharge is common during pregnancy, and the consistency, amount, and odor can change throughout pregnancy.

I agree. Semen can look like raw egg whites after it sits in the vagina for a while. I'd try not to worry. It sounds normal.
