8W6D Pinching Pain in middle of Uterus? Please help!

I am almost 9 weeks Pregnant and I am experiencing this pinching pain in my uterus/lower abdomen! This is my second baby and I don't remember feeling this pain when I was pregnant the first time.
I am not bleeding! The pain comes and goes every couple of seconds but it is even there when I am relaxing.
Can someone please help me?

Interesting idea...the Fire Station...but a good one :)  I did have that weird pinching too from the first until the end of my second trimester.  Everything scared the daylights out of me.  I also had cramping for the first 3 months around AF AND bleeding...but everything was normal...
Best of luck with your pregnancy.  And maybe you are just having the opposite sex this time!

My Dr.. suggested that so I could get an accurate reading without having to go to the ER. I was supprised to, but she said the Blood Pressure is not due to my Pregnancy and going to the Fire Station instead of the ER saved me some Money Big Time. I do have Insurance and if my Blood Pressure was 118/101 after they measured it at the Fire Station I would go to the ER or have them take me but it wasn't. Our ER has LONG waiting times so that is the last place I wanted to go.

The fire station.do you mean the hospital..well suppose every country is different :)
do they really advise you to go there.
Anyway during pregnancy blood pressure does fluctuate throughout.depends what your doing at the time.I had severe sickness early on,this was mostly at night, eat little snacks thought the day,and avoid, hot drinks before bed,I used to leave pack biscuits beside the bed.to snack on when you have the sicky feeling.but if your dr suggests going to the fire station, then tell her your going A+E fire station may be able to do blood pressure.but it can be other things.and they are not equipped for pregnancy matters.what a silly dr.in my first pregnancy 16 years ago.it was so straight forward.no pregnancy is ever the same.growing pains is what your expeienceing, the joys...

I will my next appt. is on  the 18th I think. I am also getting sick every night. Last Night it was seveare headache with heartburn and sickness. I called my dr. and she told me to go to the Fire Station to check my Blood Pressure. I did. It was a little on the high side for me 135/81 but it was normal.( She said that way I would avoid going to the Emergency Room and still get an accurate Blood Pressure reading) So before i even left their Parking lot I got sick and after my stomach was empty I felt much better! Weird! I did not experience any of those symptoms with my first pregnancy but I am sure glad that my sickness comes only at night! :)~

There are lots of strange pinching and cramping sensations in early pregnancy most of them normal from the stretching of the uterus... I wouldn't worry about it unless it is accompanied by bleeding or severe pain. I would definitely let your doctor know what is going on though just to rule out anything more serious.
