And I feel like crap I took a warm shower and it helped some but I have a stuffy and runny noise its going down the back of my throat sorry for all the tmi but what can I take to help all this plus a sinus head ache?

I did try the tylenol cold and it works great I'm feeling better after one dose thanks ladies:)

Ya I think I have a sinus infection I get them all the time and this ones really bad thanks for the help:)

Also nasal drops for the nose when stuffy. :) I'm 11 weeks know I had those symptoms at 9.weeks too itll go away ladies :)

My doctor told me and gave me a sheet of what I can take If I runny noses and throat aches
Tynenol regular or extra strenght
Robitussin dm as directed for cold/cough
Mylanta, tums, maalox as derected for heartburn
Saline gangles 2-3 times a day for sore throat

All three of us are goin through this.....my sinuses are horrible :( idk what to take to make it better but if u find out please let me know.

I am in same position as you and nine weeks and feel exactly the same. Ive just been boiling lemonade and chucking a few lockets in with it. Works a treat :)
