Acid reflux
I haven't told my doctor yet..! But I think i could have acid reflux cause almost every night I wake with my throat && chest burning really bad && sometimes i can feel the pain in my back!! And its hard for me to sleep unless I'm sleeping sitting up! I haven't took nothing for cause I don't really want to but it keeps getting worst. Is tums safe to take during pregnancy??
Ice cream? My nana was telling that it helps also a glass of warm milk! Ugh. Besides I eat healthy I got too cause I have gestational diabetes :(
I have this to :-( im 28weeks and it started about 5 weeks ago my whole chest burns sometimes when i lay down and I bought vanilla ice cream and mix it with milk and it works!
