Nervous and Scared!

I am 20 weeks and 4 days pregnant with twin girls. I also have a 10 month old little girl. I am very nervous, I find out in 2 weeks if I will be on bed rest the rest of my pregnancy. I had my little girl 4 weeks early after she stopped growing at 30 weeks. I am just so nervous and scared. Just need a little encouragement and maybe some ideas on what I can do to make sure I have healthy babies! Thank ya'll!

Thank you! I normally am a very positive person I just haven't been at all lately. I will try to start being positive again.

I'm a first time mom but I believe its definitely important to take care of yourself and your babies will be fine. Don't stress and worry so much. Take it easy. Eat healthy. The less you think of the negative the better. Don't give in to negativity. You and your girls will be just fine. Have faith. :)
