Ugh i was taking a good hot shower wen almost at the ens of my shower i starrted to jus sfeel a littlw dizzy md my heart started speeding up so fast i jus got out idk wat all that was about has this happened to u?
Just make sure you drink plenty of water and have your doc check for anemia next time you are at an appt. anemia can cause dizziness, but all you have to do is take some supplements.

That was probably it then i took a hot hot shower lol yea but as soon as i started feeling like that and outta breath i rushed to get out i didnt wanna end up falling
Yes, it only happens to me when I'm dehydrated. I always make sure I drink some water before taking a hot shower to prevent it. Did you feel like you had to sit down?
Yeppers. Hot water makes your body temp rise making your heart beat faster. Can make you dizzy and even pass out. I have to hurry up and do my thing in the shower rinse off then enjoy a few min of hot. Not too long tho
