I'd take it easy, don't push your self to hard.
It's so normal to get bloated in the first trimester, I felt the same way. There are prenatal workouts you can do, I was pretty athletic before I got pregnant working out 5 days a week I has lost 85 pounds over a few years and once I got pregnant I didn't know what to do. My midwife said it's safe to do, but if you start cramping or spotting than take it easy.... So I just walk and have found a prenatal workout to do. It does make me feel much better! Ya, had breakouts too... Oh the joys of being pregnant! But in the end it's all worth it :)
