First time...need some help/advice

I found out I am pregnant for the first time and I was wondering what tips and advice some of the more experienced mommys could give me.

Also I am experiencing abdominal pain (like cramps) and was wondering if that is normal.

If you are just now finding out you need to make sure that you have prenatals and start taking them asap. The vitamins they give the baby are extremely crucial for the baby to have the first trimester to prevent any harm to the baby or deformity.

Stay away from chemicals & smoke

Start eating healthy to make your baby healthy :)

About the cramps.. It is most likely just the plantation of the egg to the uterus wall (can cause light bleeding but it didnt for me) I did cramp at first (sometimes still do from growing pains). If you get too concerned call a doctor.

Hope this helps :)
