hungry

So this is my 1st pregnancy and I'm about 5-6 weeks and I'm starving every two hours.... I don't want to gain a lot if weight but if I'm hungry ever to hours I'm going to gain a lot of weight so what should I do what foods should I eat that will last me p.s. the meals I do eat are not small either.please HELP because this is just the beginning

thank you.. i just dont want to gain to much weight esp. in the beginging.. but i guess it will all be worth it in the end

aww thank you but whats healthy... i stay eating fruits but they just run out because i love them so much do you have like a list?

I was the same at bout 5-8 weeks...was starving all the time. woke up one morning and ate 6 slices of toast (I never eat toast) that day I was like oh maybe I'm preggo... I was :-). it wears off after few weeks. I'm now 22 weeks and eating normal again. I think its a novelty at the start...eating for two!

I don't know which food to eat that will last you but what I do is I snack all day and Im drinking lots of water. :0)

Im the exact same lol im almost 10weeks now and still hungry but not quite as often. just try and snack healthily and dnt let ur self get to hungry. Makes me feel really sick if i get too hungry
