Could this be implantation bleeding?

Hello,

So I got my period Jan 17 and had unprotected sex Jan 27 - Feb 1 or second.  My period idnt due for another 4 days (Feb 15) but this morning i went ot the bathroom and when i wiped there was pink on the paper so I put on a liner.  I went to lunch with my friend and went to the bathroom and there was brownish spotting so i put on a pad. I started to feel a bit of cramping and thought my period was coming... 6 hours later and still nothing.
Could i be pregnant?

The hpt test I used was the early response test that is suppose to show up 6 days before your missed period

It could possibly be implantation bleeding when I felt it myself I started cramping really bad and there was pink blood for a couple hours then nothing at all. I took a hpt about a week later and it was very faintly positive.  My doctor said I was only 3 weeks pregnant since they go by your last menstrual cycle
