Am I hurting my baby by eating fast food :(

Hi. This is my first pregnancy and in 20 y/o . I'm currently 14 weeks pregnant . I know I'm suppose to be eating healthy and I've really been trying I have an orange or two a day and drink at least 4 bottles of 16oz water . But my problem is I am always craving chipotle and whenever I'm a work it's hard for me to stop myself from buying it and I probably go 2-3 times a week. Plus I've been eating pizza quite often too.
At my last ultrasound about two weeks ago the nurse said my baby looked completely healthy and I still had these same habits .
Whenever I'm really hungry I just crave it so much .
Am I doing any damage to my little baby by eating out like that.
I don't eat McDonald's or any real fast food it's just chipotle and pizza that I've been eating most .

Eating organic, quality food is always better! Try to stick with real food and limit as much processed food as possible. So trying to avoid fast food is an excellent choice for the health of you and your baby. When you eat better quality food your body absorbs it differently and is more nutrient dense. For example, it's much better to eat free range chicken vs. McDonald's chicken patty. However if you eat out, going to chipotle isn't a bad choice. The owners have really gone above and beyond to use better quality meats and local organic vendors when possible. Basically do the best you can when making food choices for you and your baby's health:)

Ya ur water intake is pretty good so that will help flush out bad stuff. I eat ok. I could eat better. I am so hungry all the time i will eat whatever sounds good at the moment. Especially if i wake up from a nap and there is cereal in the house i get a big bowl lol. So i try not to keep cereal around too often. Your diet could be way worse. Just keep an eye on how much your gaining.

Ur water intake is fine. I hardly ever drink water. It's either Gatorade, milk sometimes soda and last would be water. I'm 37 wks and my baby is healthy so ur doing good on that.

A lot of people say not to eat certain things during pregnancy but my doctor says everything is fine just in moderation don't worry too much about that if you're still eating healthy too

I honestly feel like I am drinking tons of water. All I used to drink was soda and the day I found out I was pregnant I cut that out cold turkey and now I only drink water I probably have 5 or 6 bottles a day and to me that's a ton !

Honestly, it is probably okay.  As you get older and struggle more with weight (unrelated to pregnancy), you may want to not go as often but if this has been your pattern, you are probably okay.  Many people strive for a healthier diet.  I used to eat very little, then during pregnancy, oh my goodness . . .  if it wasn't nailed down, I ate it.  it was like my first green light to eat and gain weight!!  I sure took advantage of that.  And I ate that way for a little while but as I started to make meals for my kids, I felt like I needed to be more healthy so that they would have healthier meals and eating habits.  So, we generally eat pretty healthy now.

Good luck

Chipotle isn't the worst thing you could eat. However, you need to try to eat as healthy as possible. Eating high fat foods isn't good for baby or you. Gaining to much weight can cause issues for you and baby. It's OK to indulge in cravings here and there. Just be sure you are balancing it out with healthy choices, as well. Also, you aren't getting enough water. You really need to up your water in take a bit to keep from being dehydrated.
