Am I in labour???

About an hour ago I stood up out of bed and lost a bit of liquid down my legs like a trickle, enough to wet the floor a little bit, don't want to over think things so I'm back in bed and now my tummy is quite tight but not painful? What's going on am I overthinking things

That happened to me with my first, I had contractions all day right after and the next day, my water broke while taking a nap and I went into labor. Good luck !!

It could also be a membrane bursting. Last July when I thought I went into labor I had just used the bathroom and stood up and had the same thing happen, I called my doctor because it didn't keep going but I wasn't sure what was going on. My doctor had me come into labor and delivery and my water was about to burst. So luckily I was there. They ended up inducing me at 40+4 days and I had my son the next morning via c section due to my hips wouldn't spread. I'd call and ask your doctor.

If you continue to have a small leak, it's probably your water. If it was a one time thing that stops, it's urine. If any painful and regular contractions start, go in.
