from big belly to smaller belly? *advise*

So i'm just about to be 33 wks. I've had this big ol' stomach for a few months now. This morning I woke up to my little one being super active, kicking ... more than normal for first thing in the morning.  I get up and Im moving around, i go to rub my belly as usual and, where is it? Where is this bump that I have had? Seriously, I look like i went from 8 months to 4 months.

I can feel him still punching and kicking, but its so low. Normally it's up in my ribs, now I couldn't put it past my belly button.

I remember someone posting on here a while ago, this almost same similar situation, I just don't recall advice.

Should I call my OB to make sure im not in the process of starting anything? I have no other issues going on that are obvious. I did have local aneth. yesterday for my tooth. Other than that ... ?

Sounds like baby has dropped. If you are worried call your OB.

I figured he dropped.  this is my second pregnancy and I don't recall my daughter doing this till a few weeks before I had her, and i went 42 weeks with her.

If you're ever concerned about anything never hesitate to call your doctor. It sounds as though baby dropped is all that happened. Is this your first pregnancy? Normally a first time mom will notice this and I've heard it tends to happen sooner than women on a second or third pregnancy.
