I just want to say thank you to everyone for their comments and concerns. Unfortunately, I have had yet another miscarriage. The pregnancy test I took on April 22 was a digital clear blue easy and it said I was pregnant and it was 2-3 weeks since ovulating. I took the same type of test this morning and it said I was pregnant, but instead of saying 3+ weeks, it said 1-2. Which leads me to believe that my hcg levels have already begun to decline.
I am feeling a slight loss, but if I would have had an ultra sound or heard a heartbeat and lost it, I would have fallen into a DEEP depression. I am not a medical professional, but I listen to my heart and body a lot. The first time I experienced this type of loss, I was 19 years old. I am now 35. I will never get used to losing children, but I am just numb to this one. My last miscarriage was 2 years ago and at 13 weeks, I had a vaginal amniocentesis because my doctor recommended it. The needle pierced the placenta and never closed. So for 5 weeks I bleed the entire sac. At 18 weeks my baby slid into my vagina and I had to deliver my son. That was THE most horrific experience of my life to date. Honesty, I was scared to receive prenatal care because of that experience. The anxiety of a doctor touching me stressed me out.
I am no superwoman, but I was designed as a woman and feel that I will create another life one day. Until then, I will keep my faith in God and hope for the best.
ps. I thought I posted this question to a doctor...I didn't realize it was a forum but Thanks again for your responses. And good luck to all Mommy's in the making.
The only advice we can give you is for you to go to the ER or schedule a doctors appointment ASAP for you to go and get checked out. I know you dont want another doctors bill but this isnt something you can avoid, you can go ahead and go to tge doctor and apply for pregnancy medicaid through your state and if will cover all doctor bills for the last three months. But in my opinion theres def something going on thats not good and if it were me and your still bleeding and your hpt's are still showing positive i would get in my car RIGHT NOW and go to the emergency room ASAP.
Good luck, keep us posted
If you have taken 4 pregnancy tests and they are all positive, then you are definitely pregnant! The bleeding and clotting isn't a good sign though, you need to go to the ER and rule out miscarriage.
Sounds like another miscarriage to me unfortunately - hpts often continue to show a positive for a period of time after a loss as the body regulates its hormones back to normal. That's a lot of blood and with it containing clots as well - I can't say for sure of course but you should definitely make an appointment to be seen asap, to confirm and make sure you're not showing signs of infection. You don't need to go to the ER unless very heavy bleeding continues (saturating a pad in under an hour for more than two hours) because most of the time it's self-limiting and will stop by itself. I'm sorry to hear this :-( and wish you luck in the future.
When I had a miscarriage before this pregnancy I had blood cloats and thats when I lost my baby/:
You don't have to have 'pregnancy symptoms' to be pregnant. Many women have nothing other than a positive test to indicate pregnancy.
The bleeding you describe should be looked at by a doctor as bleeding that heavily in pregnancy isn't always the norm.
And please don't stress......if you are pregnant, stressing is not good.
We can't tell you if you're pregnant. Only thing we can say is go to the doctor and take prenatals and act as if you're pregnant especially with you having miscarriages. Please just go for the sake of your potential child
