Am I running low on milk supply?

So for the first week and a half my breasts were feeling full & heavy. My son is now 13 days old & since Wednesday my breasts have been feeling squishy &  soft. I'm still able to nurse frequently & I only pump occasionally. But I'm worried that maybe my milk supply is running low & that I won't have enough for my baby. I also have some pain in my right breast. There's no redness or warmth it just hurts a bit when I push my breast inward from the side. This right breast was the one that produced more milk than the other but now both just feel soft. Like I said, I'm still able to nurse. But why do they feel so squishy when before they would get full & heavy?  Is there anything I can do to boost my milk supply?

Your body just knows how much milk to make now and so its not making more than what the baby needs.

Your body is probably adjusting to the amount of milk your baby needs. Mine never felt hard even in the beginning. But if you want to try and up your supply make some lactation cookies.. Just Google a recipe for them. I know sounds silly but they help with milk supply. Also drinking milk helps and lots of water!!
