First Pregnancy
This is my first and I have been beyond sick. 24/7 I am nauseous. My first appointment is next week I am 8 weeks and I keep hearing milk is very important. No milk will stay down. Is it normal to be this sick with everything you eat n drink?
Ask for zofan and b6. I was at had to have a iv in my arm for a week and lost 40 pounds so when u go ask for those 2 things they really help
Very normal for some people. I've never heard milk specifically right now just make sure to take your vitamin. Eat what sounds good even if its only 2-3 bites and stay hydrated. Lots of water or gatorade/powerade.
