Gina- It was transvaginal. My sistier in law talked about how it hurt and this and that....I didn't think it did. Only when he moved a certain way it hurt. That's what he's hoping to see. Get an accurate measurement and a heartbeat!
I'm glad he put me on supplements too but I gotta go to work...thanks ladies for everything!!!
I'm very glad things are going well. I hope it remains this way :) Good luck!
That is good he is being proactive about everything. And you know you are doing all you can!
The progesterone sups are not fun to take, but hey, whatever works! It will give you alot of the same symptoms pregnancy gives, so it is hard to tell what is giving you the worst of it.
Well maybe in a few more weeks you can get another look at the little one inside you!
I got your PM but wanted to respond here too!
I am soo glad they put you on supplements, thats great they did it so soon! And you are still so early in your pregnancy. I had my first U/S when I was only 5 weeks and it was a Transvaginal...all they saw was a Gestational Sac and Yolk Sac. I went back at 6 weeks for another U/S and thats when we saw and heard his heartbeat! So I think you are just really early and thats all. I bet when you go back on the 9th you will see a strong heartbeat and a beautiful baby!!
Did they give you a Transvaginal or a regular U/S? When your this early they can see much more with a Trans. But all sounds good, I'm so happy for you girl! Love the pics :)
I am already really dizzy. I figured I could take it before bed. I do better with taking medicines before bed. Plus since they are suppositories you know it's probably best.
He was a wonderful doctor. I had him and his wife in my room before it was all done and over with. They are great doctors and I am so glad my doc sent me to them. Once I mentioned progesterone and miscarriages he put me on it right away...he said don't wait. He didn't even double check my chart or anything. He did order more blood work but I don't know when I will get the results back if I get them back.
He shocked me doing the ultrasound and he explained everything and it was just a wonderful experience. I just wish DH or my mom was with me....both were at work since I didn't know until I got there they were doing an ultrasound.
Well I'm glad to hear he listened to your concerns and put you on progesterone! Just a couple months on it.
When I took progesterone I got really dizzy.
