i have this lil cramps in my back and lower belly it feels like the begining of diarreah but with out the poop lol sorry tmi .. i feel my baby pushing down ouch !! im 37+2 .. ive been having this since 3 am and its now 7 pm ..

If its too hard to time there not real contractions yet, but it could still be a sign of early labor, and lead to contractions.

sometimes I get what feels like period pain on and off but also feels like im constipated.... like I wanna go but nothing there... for me it usually only lasts afew hours... I also agree. some cramps r really hard to time!!

if they contractions u have to start counting, if they are 5min apart then call ur doctor n let himher know if they brackton kicks walk around drink some water if it goes away ur good but if it doesnt could be contractions. Good luck
