Anatomy Scan, excited!!
Going to the doctor in the morning for my anatomy scan & 20 week appt, woohoo, sooo excited, I loveeee getting to see my little man & see how he's doing & growing!! :) And in sooo glad it worked out to where my hubby gets to come (he about had to go into work tomorrow..), and also my wonderful momma & my hubby's grandma get to come with us too!! I even get to have the whole ultrasound session recorded on dvd, yipeee!!! :D I'm a ftm & I'll be 20w6d tomorrow :). But I was wondering what all do they check for during the scan and about how long does it last?
Yeah they look for a lot on this one so its longer and at my doctors its the last one you get if everything is normal and there are no complications
Awww yay, I'm glad it lasts for a few good minutes, my other two scans were only about 10 mins or less & I didn't want them to end lol. And thank you! :)
It depends I think mine lasted about a half hour but they check to see that the baby is developing right and that it has all the organs and everything is the right size. Its really awesome
