Glad to see I am not alone because I get so worried at times too. I can't wait to feel movements because it will reassure me that everything is ok. Congrats on your pregnancy.

I couldn't feel any movement at 20 weeks either and I was told the same thing about having an anterior placenta too.. I was a bit worried but started feeling kicks around 24 weeks and now at 34 weeks it doesn't stop!

Sorry I didn't get to finish the post. While I was typing,  my husband was calling and I think I accidently hit the post button.

Finally had my anatomy scan done. The doctor told me that my baby girl is growing healthy. I asked him and the tech about not feeling the baby move and I am 20 weeks. They told me from the looks of the scan, I have an anterior placenta so the placenta is in between me and the baby like a cushion. So that is most likely why I can't feel the baby move yet. Once the kicks get stronger I will start feeling movements. (FTM, Baby Girl, 20 weeks, 10 oz, HR153)
